For those of you who use the Fenner bars systems (the uprights are blue), you may want to stock up on the replacement knobs and locking pins. They will stop making them this spring. The bars are wonderful but the adjustment knobs wear out every few years when used often.

Extremeathletic will be in Chula Vista, CA this Saturday to host a coaches training. The focus will be on how to make your lessons more fun!
