Important:  Sizing can be different from grip to grip. We recommend this hand grip for athletes that are between 70 lbs. and 120 lbs., level 7 or over. 
We do not recommend this grip for gymnasts whose body weight exceeds 120 lbs! These gymnasts should be using a grip such as our Millennium or RKO models, which have a wider palm piece providing more strength.
To order the Hot Shot Grip please measure from the base of the wrist to the tip of the tallest finger.
